Bronze Age style small bowl
A bowl made in dark chocolate brown earthenware clay handmade on my potter's wheel and finished with a lovely speckled brown glaze on the inside of the bowl only.
The outside of the bowl has a geometric pattern made by pressing in a bone comb, just as was done on Bronze Age style pottery. Whist this piece is not a replica of a particular archaeological artefact, it is inspired by bronze age Scottish patterns in its decoration.
This elegant little bowl is perfect for nibbles, display or holding trinkets, whether for modern or historical recreation purposes.
The bowl is approximately 3.5cm high, by 11cm diameter.
You will receive the exact bowl pictured.
Made in my cozy garden studio in Perthshire, Scotland with my trusty pottery dog at my side.
