Scottish Prehistoric Tumbler
  • Scottish Prehistoric Tumbler

This striking geometric design is a near replica of a very ancient beaker pot found in Scotland. The grooved design comes from the original example. Made in terracotta earthenware clay on the wheel and hand decorated, it's a perfect addition to a history enthusiasts collection as well as being a stylish functional tumbler for modern everyday use. The inside is glazed with a clear glossy glaze whilst the outside is smooth un-glazed ceramic to mimic the ancient example.

Holds approximately 280 ml of liquid.

Approximately 10 cm high x 7.5 cm daimeter at rim.

Handwashing is recommended as it's kinder on the materials, but also suitable for dishwashing.

You will receive the tumbler pictured. The mugs also pictured in the background are not included unless also purchased.
