Feline & Leaf Mug *SECONDS*

***THIS MUG IS A SECOND.  It has an imperfection of superficial cracks around the top of the handle attachment (imperfection shown in the last picture). The handle is still strong, just a flaw that developed in the unpredictable environment of the kiln during firing.  ***
A mug made in speckled stoneware clay handmade on my potter's wheel and finished with a clear glaze. 
This cosy mug is perfect  for your brew and sits nice and stable on a surface with it's conical shape. It features hand painted motifs of a black cat and leaves. The design was achieved through hand painting high fire pigments onto the pottery and scratching in the details using a technique called Sgraffito. 
The mug is approximately 10.5cm high, by 8cm diameter rim (not including handle).
