Solar and Lunar - Trinket Bowl

A cute little  trinket bowl made of white stoneware clay handmade on my potter's wheel and finished with a beautiful cloudy blue glaze with rich mottling and variation in it, reminiscent of the sky. 
This elegant bowl is perfect for little snacks or dainty desserts, display or holding trinkets. 
It features sun, moon and  foliage motifs achieved through a wax resist technique. 
The bowl is approximately 3.5cm high, by 8cm diameter.

Made in my cozy garden studio in Perthshire, Scotland with my trusty pottery dog at my side.
